Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Speed
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after your order is processed. All orders ship with free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase required for free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, contact us at support@spindew.com.
Ships from USA
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. This means faster delivery times and no customs fees.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. No hidden fees. No minimum order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and check any safe spots around your home where the carrier may have left it. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@spindew.comwithin 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit or confirmed stolen, contact us at support@spindew.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the damage before opening it. Contact us at support@spindew.comwithin 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you entered the wrong address, contact us at support@spindew.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee a change and you may need to place a new order.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes. Delivery times may vary.
Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at support@spindew.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we can make changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
Due Date Coming Up?
We know your due date is real and every day matters. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. If you need your SpinDew by a specific date, contact us at support@spindew.com and we will do our best to get it to you in time.
