REFUND POLICY
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
At SpinDew, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@spindew.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Items must be sent back within 14 days of your return request being approved.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at support@spindew.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
If you would like to exchange your Mama Kit for a Mama & Friend Kit or vice versa, contact us at support@spindew.com. You will need to return the original item before the new one is shipped. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
If the item was defective or damaged on arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@spindew.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Since all current orders are sold at a promotional price, the refund will be based on the price you paid at checkout, not the original retail price.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@spindew.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You will not need to pay for return shipping on damaged or defective items.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us at support@spindew.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process above.
